Students' Corner
- The University expects a minimum of 75% attendance from all students in each subject/course.
- Students with attendance below 75% will not be permitted to appear in the semester-end examination.
- Medical leave may be considered with valid documents; it will not be counted as absence but will not be added to attendance either.
- In exceptional cases, the competent authority may grant a relaxation of up to 10%, subject to approval.
- Students must check their attendance status regularly through the university portal or notice board.
- Habitual absenteeism may lead to disciplinary action as per university regulations.
- Students shall conduct themselves with discipline and dignity inside and outside the campus.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and is punishable under law.
- The university campus is Tobacco-Free and Alcohol-Free. Any violation will result in immediate disciplinary action.
- Use of mobile phones is not permitted during classes, practical sessions, and examinations.
- Students must carry their university identity card at all times while on campus.
- Any act of misconduct, cheating, or indiscipline will be dealt with as per the University Statutes.
- Students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the campus premises.
- Respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory at all times.
Students may submit their grievances through the following channels:
- Drop a written complaint at the Dean of Students' Welfare Office.
- Email your grievance to grievance@sasu.ac.in with your name, roll number, and details.
- Use the online grievance portal available on the university website.
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 15 working days.

Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in any form. As per the Hon'ble Supreme Court directions and UGC Regulations 2009, ragging is a punishable offence.
- An Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted by the university as per UGC norms.
- Any student found guilty of ragging will face immediate suspension / expulsion and legal action.
- Students and parents must submit the mandatory anti-ragging undertaking at the time of admission.
- Report ragging incidents to the Anti-Ragging Helpline: 1800-180-5522 (Toll Free).
- Online complaints can be registered at www.antiragging.in.
